『父なる神の愛』本多一米師
THE FATHER’S LOVE

For this Father’s Day worship service, the message text will be Matthew 5:38-42, as we continue our study of Jesus’ teachings on God’s commandments found in the Sermon on the Mount. At the same time, Ephesians 3:14-19 will be referenced in the message. How does Jesus’ teaching on “An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth” connect with the apostle Paul’s prayer to God the Father? Hopefully, we will be able to delve into the Father’s deep and wide love for us, and see and learn how that love could be lived out in our everyday lives. The Father’s love is something we need to receive, know, as well as apply.
この父の日の礼拝では、「山上の垂訓」にある神の戒めに関するイエス様の教えを引き続き学ぶため、マタイ５章３８節—４２節のところを見ます。同時に、エペソ３章１４節—１９節がメッセージの中で参照されます。「目には目を、歯には歯を」というイエス様の教えは、使徒パウロの父なる神への祈りとどうつながるのでしょうか。父なる神様の私たちへの深く広い愛を掘り下げ、その愛が私たちの日常生活の中でどのように生きられるかを見て、学ぶことができればと思います。父なる神の愛は、私たちが受け取り、知るだけでなく、応用する必要があるものです。
