“Jesus the Discipler”
by Pastor Ichibei Honda
As we read God’s commandments and learn more about God, we can see that God doesn’t command us to do anything that He Himself would not do. We learn this through observing Jesus, the Son of God, and how He lived while here on this earth. Jesus at the very end of His ministry commanded His disciples to “Go and make disciples of all the nations” (Matthew 28:19). Through the passage of Scripture (John 1:43-51) we will look at in this message, we can see that Jesus was making disciples at the very beginning of His public ministry. We see Jesus the Discipler.
