But we request of you, brethren, that you appreciate those who diligently labor among you, and have charge over you in the Lord and give you instruction, and that you esteem them very highly in love because of their work. Live in peace with one another. (1 Thessalonians 5:12-13)
In these verses, Paul reminds us of the precious work of those who lead the church family. I am truly grateful for our church leaders, both the Deacons and the Trustees, for their faithful ministry and care of our church family. This Sunday is our Sharing Sunday, and we hear from some of our Deacons. They share what God has been teaching them this past year, and give us some words of exhortation. As you listen to their sharing, please remember them in your prayers as they continue to serve you and lead this church.
