“God’s Message is Greater than His Messengers”

Since July of last year, we have been looking at various people in the Bible as part of a message series titled “Learning from Others, How to Live with God.” Most of these people are recognizable by just mentioning their name. However, some of the people we have looked at are less known. For some of these people, there is much recorded in the Bible about them, but some of these people have very little recorded about them. Such is the person we will be looking at in this message. In fact, the prophetic words that this person wrote are probably more recognizable than the person himself. We will look together at the prophet Joel.
昨年の七月以来、私達は「人から学び、神と共に生きる」と題したメッセージシリーズの一環として、聖書に登場する様々な人々を見てきました。これらのほとんどの人達は、その名前を挙げただけで誰だか分かります。しかし、あまり知られていない人達も見てきました。ある人達については、聖書に多くのことが記されています。しかし、中には聖書にほとんど記録されていない人達もいます。今日、取り上げる人もそのような人です。実際にはこの人が書いた預言の言葉は、おそらくその人自身よりもよく知られています。預言者ヨエルについて一緒に見ていきましょう。
