- Bilingual Worship Service*: 10:00 AM
- Lunch: 11:30 AM
Join us Memorial Day weekend for a time of worshiping the Lord in the park with friends, food, and fun at Admiral Baker Park! We'll kick things off with a bilingual worship service. This year, our own John Alvarado will be the guest speaker; John is a missions speaker at various programs with Hume Lake and also heads up Reflect Ministries which ministers to children in Mexico. Then, there will be a picnic of grilled hamburgers and hot dogs and assorted side dishes provided by the church. After that, you can join in on any of a number of games with friends and family. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball/softball fields, volleyball courts, a playground, and lots of open space. If you plan to make use of any of the sporting arenas, please bring equipment with you. Unfortunately, the picnic area is a pet-free zone, so please do not bring any pets. We hope to see you there!
Directions to Parking Lot:
- After turning from Santo Rd. onto Admiral Baker Rd., turn right at the stop sign at the bottom of the hill.
- Continue straight and you'll see a parking lot on your left side, and in the middle of that parking lot, there'll be a small road.
- Continue down the small road until you find another parking lot near a pool. Please use this parking lot.
*Please note there will be no worship service or meetings on this day at the church building (1920 E St), thank you for understanding.
