Hello Friends,

Thank you so much for your ongoing prayers for Japan . I recently returned from Minami Sanriku where I had the opportunity to serve as a volunteer translator for Bridges for Peace (BFP). I was given the privilege of serving the Israeli Defens Forces (IDF) Medical Team that came and made a high-tech medical center in one of the most devastated areas in Japan . I originally made the mistake of thinking that I was translating for Messianic Jewish doctors sent by BFP. As it turns out, I was actually translating for the IDF Medical Relief Team. They were such wonderful men and woman, and they were such a marvelous encouragement to work with. They even invited my team to their Shabbat Dinner on Friday evening. That was a really special time of fellowship. They brought their own food, cooks and a Rabbi to boot. They not only treated us like family but gave us IDF Medical Wings! I was asked to write a report for another organization that I am working with, and thought I might forward it to you. At the end, there is some information about donations, but please do not think of this as a solicitation for donations! I just don't have a lot of time to make many different reports, so I am just sending this one. Thank you so much for lifting us up before our Lord. There has never been a better time to serve in Japan !
